This past weekend two of our sauces won awards at the 2014 World Hot Sauce Awards competition. Our Just Chil’n hot sauce took first place in the Hot Sauce – Pepper Blend category, and Sweet Spicy Girl took second place in the Hot Sauce – Mild category. We are very pleased and honored to have received these awards among some really heavy competition. A huge congratulations to all the award winners!
This weekend we’ll be at the Blaine Gardener’s Market from 10am to 2pm in Blaine, WA. The market is located on H Street Plaza in downtown Blaine. Drop by for a visit, and try our sauces!

This past weekend, my wife and I attended the 4th annual Northwest ChiliFest. We had a really great time. We arrived Friday afternoon, put up our tent, and just had a darn good time! I’ve posted pictures in my Gallery in the NW ChiliFest 2013 set. Now, that’s what I’m talking about!
WOW, where has time gone? My last blog post was last July 2012?? Really??? Well, it’s been a while since my post, but I’ve been quite busy in our test kitchen developing a couple new sauces. The first new sauce is Classic Habanero – a Habanero based sauce balanced with sweet carrots and garlic. The second new sauce is Hot Spicy Girl – sister sauce to our award winning Sweet Spicy Girl!
Also, we will be in two festivals later this year – The Tacoma Holiday Food & Gift Festival, held in Tacoma, WA, October 16-20, and the Arizona Taco Festival, held in Scottsdale, AZ, October 19-20. These will be our first festivals, and we’re REALLY EXCITED!!!
