Breakfast Bagel
- Slice a bagel in half
- Toast your bagel
- Spread cream cheese onto both halves
- Pour on your favorite SEAFIRE hot sauce
Presentation:
- Place onto plate

Eggstrodinaire
- Place a crispy english muffin into toaster, and start toasting
- Turn on stove top, turn heat to medium, and place a non-stick pan onto the burner
- Add a pat of butter into the pan
- Check on the muffin to make sure it doesn’t burn
- Check pan – when butter is melted, but not burned, pan is ready for the eggs
- Crack two eggs into the pan
- Turn heat down a bit
- Let eggs cook slowly, covering the pan after a couple minutes
- Let the eggs cook to your preference
- When eggs are nearly cooked you’re ready to plate
Presentation
- Butter the toasted crispy english muffins, and place on a plate
- Optional – add a couple thin slices of pepperjack cheese onto the muffins
- Optional – add a few pieces of bacon, steak onto the muffins
- Carefully place eggs on top of the crispy english muffins
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Pour on your favorite SEAFIRE hot sauce

Awesome Steak
- Turn on oven broiler
- Place your favorite steak onto a pan rack
- Season with sea salt, black pepper, spicy chili powder
- Place steak under broiler for 3-5 minutes, depending on the steak thickness, and depending on how rare you’d like it to be
- Remove steak from oven, and flip
- Season with sea salt, black pepper, spicy chili powder
- Back into the oven for 3-4 minutes, depending on the steak thickness, and depending on how rare you’d like it to be
- Remove steak from oven
- Brush on your favorite SEAFIRE hot sauce until top of steak is generously covered
- Back under broiler for 30-45 seconds
- Remove steak, and let sit for a couple minutes
Presentation
- Place steak onto dinner platter
- Add a side of a SEAFIRE hot sauce for dipping.

Awesome Wings
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wash a couple dozen frozen wings
- Place wings on a oven tray lined with parchment paper
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes
- Remove wings from oven and flip them all over
- Back into the oven for 20 minutes
- During the 20 minutes, begin wing sauce preparation – follow Wing Sauce… steps below
- Remove wings from oven
- Coat wings with the wing sauce
- Back into the oven for 10 minutes
- Remove wings from oven
- Brush on any remaining wing sauce
Wing Sauce…
- Put 10 fluid ounces of your favorite SEAFIRE hot sauce into a sauce pan
- Add 4 tablespoons butter into the pan
- Place sauce pan on stove, turn on heat to low
- Stir the sauce occasionally
- Do not let the sauce boil
Presentation
- Place wings on a serving platter
- Add a side of ranch sprinkled with a spicy chili pepper powder
- Optional: Add Celery and Carrot wedges
